We advocate Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) because of their comparatively low expense ratio compared to actively managed funds and based on the knowledge that today's top active manager is not always tomorrows. We also work with individual stock securities.

Allocations consist of domestic, international, basic resources / materials and Real-Estate Investment Trusts. For those clients who are interested and qualify, an opportunity exists to invest in a Private Equity Real-Estate Investment Trusts.

Forest Stewardship

On their land, the Stump Farm, Diane Jochimsen and her husband Mike Conner received accreditation for the Forest Stewardship Planning class. A major portion of their acreage is now under the Forest Stewardship Program.

Make Smart Decisions

Helping to give young people the tools they need to make smart financial decisions is an investment in all our futures. Diane Jochimsen, through Partnership with Junior Achievement and as a member of the Financial Planning Association of Puget Sound, has been teaching financial planning at Snohomish High School for the last three years.
